🌿Classical Master Yoga & Wudang Inner Alchemy Breathing
ABOUT THIS WEBSITE: Thank you for visiting ❤️ This page is here to share insights and information about Kijuku Master Yoga and the Wudang School of Inner Alchemy. What you are about to read is based on what I have learned, practiced, and experienced since 2021 under the guidance of my Mentor, Takehiko Kimura, the founder of Kijuku.
🌿Resting in Awareness

Hello, and thank you so much for visiting my profile page. 🌱 My Days as a Nurse I grew up surrounded by nature, and from my twenties until my mid-forties, I worked as a nurse. In the emergency ward, I faced life and death every day, which made me ask myself, “How do I want to live, and how do I want to bring my life to a close?” But I could not find the answer in my twenties, and life often felt restrictive and burdensome. 💡 Turning Points and Realizations Later, through marriage, divorce, and other turning points, I realized, “Even if I cannot always keep pace with society, I should value my heart and live in a way that leaves no regrets.” Life became much more joyful when I began living true to that realization. I lived each day excitedly, less bound by material desires, less fearful of loss, and more eager to grow through new challenges. I also began to imagine with excitement that society might have grown into a much better place by the time my children become adults. 🌏 Encounters Abroad and New Challenges One day, through a friend, I met Vietnamese trainees, and for several years, I helped teach them Japanese. Vietnam was still a developing country then, yet I remember how its eyes shone with a pure and beautiful light. That beauty was something I rarely saw around me in Japan, and it made me ask, “What is different between them and us?” From then on, I became active in trying to bring about positive changes in workplaces and society. I even self-published a book to share my realizations and thoughts. All of these became precious experiences that expanded my life. 🧘 Discovering Yoga Just before turning fifty, I wanted to be able to talk with people all over the world about the heart, so I began studying English and later moved to the United States. There, in a college class, I encountered yoga and was deeply moved. Through yoga and meditation, my body and mind softened, and I found myself living more easily. I obtained a yoga teacher’s certification and began sharing yoga and heart-care with local Japanese communities. At the same time, I worked in yoga studios to create classes where students could experience meaningful shifts in both body and mind. 🌬️ The Path to Classical Master Yoga In 2021, I encountered Classical Master Yoga. The initial reason was the lockdown during COVID-19, but looking back, I believe it was also because I finally listened to the quiet voice within, urging me to go deeper into myself. This practice—special breathing methods to cultivate the chakras—opened a new door for me. Even now, I am still on the path of growth, often surprised or moved by new discoveries about myself, and feeling each time I reach something higher. 🌸 Who I Am According to the Mayan calendar, I am “White Mirror” and “White Dog.” I like to do things properly, which sometimes makes me go too far, but that is part of who I am. I may take time before making a decision (with a smile), but I can act quickly once I decide. Family is precious to me, and so am I, in relation to my family. I treasure listening to my inner voice, noticing new inspirations, and sharing those insights with others—these are irreplaceable joys. I have four daughters and one son; three daughters are already married, and I am blessed with one grandchild and soon another. I feel deep gratitude to my parents who gave me life, and to my children who made me a mother. ☀️ What I Value What I hold dear is never forgetting humor in life. I try to walk each day with love and a smile, while choosing a way of living that respects harmony with the Earth. In this vast world, I am a small being, but if I can help you somehow, it would bring me true happiness. Thank you so much.

Session Overview

Restore the smooth flow of energy
🔹 1. Energy Leading and Alignment
We begin by gently tuning into your current energy state using a traditional method known as Tonglen.
This helps the practitioner understand how your energy is currently flowing — where it moves smoothly, and where it may be blocked or stagnant, whether physically, emotionally, or energetically. You will be taught Breathing Technique.
You may notice subtle sensations during the session if you're sensitive to energy.
🔹 2. Breathwork Guidance (for continuing students)
For those who wish to go deeper, personalized breathwork training is offered.
Cultivating chakras,2 through 7, through breath work, we guide you in learning how to:
-
Cultivate and store Qi
-
Circulate energy smoothly throughout your body
-
Deepen your connection with your true self
You’ll gradually develop the capacity to generate stable, nourishing energy.

"Tonglen" is a Tibetan word meaning “giving and receiving”, and it refers to a meditation practice rooted in compassion. This technique involves the mutual circulation of Qi between two individuals. Through this exchange, Tonglen can be used to regulate inner pressure (Qi dynamics), clear energy blockages in the meridians, and even facilitate a kind of spiritual merging. It is also a foundational method used in the training of Renkihā (Qi wave cultivation). There are many forms of Tonglen, but a common method involves sitting face-to-face with a partner, placing your hands over one another’s, and practicing a specialized breathing technique rooted in Renkihō. In Sanskrit, similar practices are known as Dhyāna or Samāpatti, and in Taoist Inner Alchemy, this state is referred to as Jō (stillness or meditative absorption). 📘 The Lessons Progress in Stages:
Each session builds on the previous one, gradually deepening the practice.
→ Level 1: You will learn to create a smooth flow of Qi and begin working with Yin energy.
In this foundational stage, you will prepare the conditions necessary to generate and begin working with Qi, the life force energy. This foundational process is essential for gradually awakening and learning to use the chakras from the 2nd to the 7th — gently, effectively, and in balance. If our chakras are not balanced, they lead us to different and unhealthy directions in life.
→ Level 2: Through working with Yang energy, you will ignite and build the inner fire within each chakra, allowing them to grow stronger and more active.
After cultivating Yin Qi in the first stage, the practice transitions into the Wudang-style Taiji Inner Alchemy method, where that Yin Qi is ignited to generate Yang Qi. You will become attuned to Yang energy and begin kindling an inner flame within your body and mind. At the same time, you will strengthen your energy channels to support this transformation, and gradually activate and empower each chakra by lighting the internal fire within them.
→ Level 3: You will refine the Yang Qi and store it in the Dantian, gradually increasing its depth and penetrating power.
You will continue refining the initial Yang Qi, elevating its energetic quality. This stage further deepens the Wudang Taiji Inner Alchemy practice, where Qi is continuously cultivated and returned to the Dantian in cycles of warming and nourishing. This repeated internal process forms the foundation for the “Yang Spirit” (Yang Shen). In the later part of this stage, you may experience a significant increase in your Qi's penetrating power.
→ Level 4: You will cultivate and strengthen your Yin Energy.
You will return to the practices of Classical Master Yoga to further cultivate the Yin Spirit. Through this, you will deepen your understanding of the true nature of all things — the qualities of Yin and Yang Qi and their subtle interplay.
Additionally, by mastering advanced techniques of focused intention (Nenpō), you will work toward transcending the conventional chakra framework.
→ Level 5: ,and beyond...
From Level 5 onward, we’ll guide you individually according to your progress.
